There are several options of accommodation in the area ranging from Hotels to private homes. A month’s accommodation starts at  approximately $400 depending where you stay.

Once we receive your online application we will email you a list of the private homes. In the meantime, here are the rates of The Drury Hotel, and Pear Tree Inn where we have secured discounted rates. Please note that we meet at the conference room of Drury Hotel. Pear Tree is attached to Drury Hotel:

Rates are $65 a night excluding tax. This rate is for a single or double occupancy. (Great if you are sharing, makes it $32.50 per night each and includes breakfast and dinner 7 days a week). Included in the rate:

THE PEAR TREE INN (Sister hotel to Drury Hotel)

Pear Tree is attached to Drury Hotel. The rate is $40 (excluding tax) per night for a single and if you share it is $20 per night each. These rates include:

• Extended continental breakfast 7 days per week
• Evening beverages and snacks
• Mini-fridge and microwave in the room
• Mini-fridge and microwave in the room
• Free parking
• Exercise gym
• Membership to Midtown Athletic Club
